You mean the slavery system? Thats already in the game. Progress talking to Alex and an NPC named Socket will expend your cel to allow you to get slaves. To enslave guards, you need to progress the Fught Club story for collars.
I'm pretty sure (though I've never done it myself) that you can get enough affection/lust with a person to just ask them to become your slave.
No it would revolve around their affection and lust but it would be different it would add NTR or Voyeurism into the game it would work like if you don't keep your partner's lust and affection up it will result in NTR or cuckold/cuckquean
I feel there should be more NPCs with their own storylines, and perhaps a more aggressive form for the bots. The game is fine, but if you don't have a certain level of "you're known as-" it's almost like walking around with one or two NPCs. Anyway, some kind of challenge or challenges, or greater difficulty, or more NPC interaction would be nice (just my opinion, of course)...=]
Try the mod "bad apples". It recently got an update and it makes encounters far more likely based on an NPC's personality.
Mods can also add additional storylines, like Issix or Flamehearts. I do agree more base game characters would be fun, but for now I'd love QOL updates.
Love the game, got my character to level 70, been playing 0.1.3 i just wish there was more softcore stuff like kissing and hugging. Other than that its a great game.

That would be very hard to do with it being an offline game for one, for two having a ton of the time in game being skippable by the player, and things like that.
You can get white too from doing Dr. Eliza's research labelled experiments.
During these experiments you will be placed in the mental ward of the medical floor this will be your home for several in game days.
The experiments are random and you can only do one per day. The experiment your are looking to find white goo requires you to do the blindness causing drug experiment. This will also introduce something called ghosthands. You want to have an encounter with these in your cell after the encounter you will have white goo.
The best and more or less fastest way to get the ghost hands encounter in your cell is going through the experiments an not letting Dr. Eliza let you out of the experiment. Why because the ghosthands encounter has a higher chance of popping up when you're not behaving.
Ok finally beat the game I can say it is really not a bad game story is not bad, game play is easy once you figure it out but hypno still figuring it how to use it. But I will still play to see the other content in game skills are almost all max out and some side quest is not done.
Is there any way to change a player owned slave's level up requirements? My first slave had a level up requirement of orgasm from only breast stimulation, which has proven to be very difficult, on account of that not being an interest of theirs and also them being male.
basic but surprisingly good, any possibilities for future slave mechanics for enslaved NPCs? Both by the player, and by one another? Might be cool to put out hit/R@pe jobs on a particular NPC. or to have your own possy follow you around? Might be fun to see a slave vs slave gang war/orgy mechanic.
Open the savefile using a text editor eg. Notepad++ (C:\Users\****\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata\BDCC\saves\whateveryoursavfileiscalled)
Search for your characters name (Ctrl+F)
Once you found your characters name (should be towards the bottom of the textfile) scroll down until you find a section called "skills". Here you want to find "perks". Look for a section that looks something like this:

Delete only this. Make sure to save your file afterwards under a different name eg. CharacterName_Edited in case something went wrong and you need to revert to your old savefile.
Load up your edited savefile in game and you should now be no longer infertile (check your base perks in the skill menu. If it is no longer listed there you should be good)
I am no subject matter expert on these types of things so I probably won't be able to help with anything beyond the most basic stuff and editing savefiles is usually not a good idea since it can lead to issues down the line (always back up your saves before editing them) but I hope this helps.

how do i convince prisoners to give you their drugs?
Well we now have two options now.
Option 1: beat them up. This is the only option in the base game.
Option 2: we now have a mod that allows you to just ask for it. If they are your friend.

Once you finish all of that, mods are a great addition. I highly recommend Issix.

Try opening debug and using "Slave Level Up" to skip it. That's all it will do and you can continue doing what you want.
Is there any way to completely disable/remove condoms from the game? They kind of keep ruining things for me. :P

The Famously Suggestible perk currently only works for inmates, but it might be nice to have an option for it to apply to prison staff as well.
