Sounds like you don't have BDCC.pck. I recommend turn off the modded launcher in the Options, then restart the game and then turn it back on and see if that works. If not, then just reinstall the game.
theres a weird bug on mobile where when u download a mod and try to load a save or start a new game with that mod, it'll just crash and close the game. somethinf about the "[mod_title_here].json" files or whatever the extention is called not being in the mod
