I have experienced a problem a few times of, say, I leave a slave in the stocks as a punishment, but someone lets them out and they just start wandering the prison and not returning to my cell.
I don't see this as an inherently bad thing. In fact, I think a feature where they have a chance if doing that if they have low obedience, and you have to go out, find them, and force them back to the cell would be interesting.
I think that there should be a small chance that a prisoner or guard will use your character while they sleep, with exposure and reputation changing the likelihood of it happening. Of course, the likelihood percentage would also be changeable in the cheat menu. Just an idea I had, could help expand on the unconscious kink.

How does lust combat work? After the enemy is past like 50% lust it says all my lust attacks are less effective because they are "teasing" attacks but I don't seem to have any non "teasing" attacks
some attack are easing attacks others aren't, you'll figure it out which is which as you play but all that means is that some attacks will just give lower lust the higher the enemy's arousal, also, keep in mind your opponents likes and dislikes as that tells you which moves will work and which won't.
what level do you get non teasing attacks, im level 3 (base level not like bdsm and all that) and all my attacks are teasing even when they’re related to the opponents likes

there's loads of different reasons why that might be happening. Cleared cookies/cache, browser updates, windows updates, etc. I'd suggest just downloading the game and playing it locally. Works a lot better
that depends on how well you treat them, if you punish them a lot it will make the more depressed especially if you never reassure them, easiest way to get them to break is to put them on the stocks and leave them there for a long time, it also tells you how close they are to their breaking point.

In setting youbcan find an NPC setting called, I believe, "Pawn amount", which allows you to set the amount of pawns present on the map. I have mine set to 50, but honestly I think like 70% of them are guards and nurses who don't leave their areas of the map, so that also limits the amount of characters you will find without breaking rules.
As for your previous question, no, I do not think so.
Npcs spawn over time and reach spawn limit on day 6 so maybe give it some time. You also can change the pawn limit amount in options but the more you add the longer it takes to load. I tried 10,000 pawns and it took over 3 hours to just reach the stocks from my cell.
You can change gender and species in: me, encounters and there you can change genders and species. After that you can go to characters and search for those characters you don't want in your run and forget them so that they don't appear anymore. I hope this helps
Under settings, "enable modded lauch" should be the option. From there, restart the app (close it and reopen it), then the mod browser should appear. Fair waning, from my experience mods do not work well on the download version for mobile, at least if you want to use more than just a couple. If you want a lot of mods, I'd suggest using the in-browser version.
I an having a problem when I try to load all the mods that I currently have I'm getting a error message saying that one datapack (Nova's datapack for her resource thing) is wrong somehow. Its this, users://datapack/nova.res, and I have no idea what mod or datapack is messing with it.
I have figured it out its the haunting datapack that is giving me a error code because its not showing up when I open the datapack tab on the main screen

The option before lust attacks in combat is the regular attacks.

You need to turn on mod thing then you will get a screen that say do you wanna download mod play with or without the mod
