You know I was not super sure about the game when I first tried it. The premise was interesting, but I was worried about it at the same time. I am pleased to say I was quite wrong,. Unlike other text based games with combat, the combat feels pretty balanced. I do get annoyed when someone slaps 6 or more restraints on me and half of them need some pretty specific things to open, but thats probably my only complaint, and it does not happen super often. At first, I thought the best part was the character creation, which is still great, then I thought it was the sex scenes... and finally I realized its actually the story and characters. I am probably going to make a subscribestar just to donate to this game, it has made me feel all the emotions and I am eager and hopeful to see where things go from here. There are characters to love, to pity and want to protect as well as characters to hate that you want so badly to throw out into space.
Their are specific pills for increasing thickness and for increasing breast size.
If their is a specific size you are wanting that isn't just the final one you'll need to give them the pill to make the changes permanent before they change again.
On my second play through I got a "permanent cage" put on my character by doctor Quinn. Does anyone have any idea how to take it off? Will she take it off after completing the plot?

Oh. Then I wish their was a mod that allowed me to play on mobile! Because I can't play the game on mobile! There's a massive bug where you can't type anything, the game will not register what you're typing which means you can't even get pass the intro because you can't even enter a name.

Suggestion: Visual quick select options during character creation.
Nothing to complex with this one but something like an additional drop down menu during character creation with a short list character names.
Selecting one of the presets simply auto selects the the body parts, sizes and colors that roughly match the official designs using the standard in game options.

You can change in the Settings the smart locks rarity if you want to disable it or increase it.
Remember even if it does somehow get taken done it's still on GitHub for download.

Every 5 days that will progress. Once you reach the final part you will get a choice to have it taken off or keep it.
Or go the TFing route and remove your penis to take it off.

Suggestion: Visual quick select options during character creation.
Nothing to complex with this one but something like an additional drop down menu during character creation with a short list character names.
Selecting one of the presets simply auto selects the the body parts, sizes and colors that roughly match the official designs using the standard in game options.
Player character can be further customized afterwards or can reset the design back to one of the options by selecting it again.

Example Designs:

i got put in the stocks by a guard and had to struggle for 3 in game days straight. So when i got out i started my training arc.
