Though, I'm not here to have a story-gasm. I have a complaint that I find to be annoying; that being the current state of Hypnosis. The fact that we can't get Vion; our Hypnosis Expert, to help us break our "Keyword Fixation", and our "Deep Trance" skills is kinda annoying, as after dealing with one binge with the Hypno Visor I had to suffer from those secret skills for the rest of the game :\
Either way, I am EXTREMELY hyped for the Kate and "Good Inmate" routes. Maybe we can earn freedom through the Good Inmate route, maybe become a guard of the station. That could be a fun twist!
Whatever the case, I'm excited for where this will go. Maybe one day we will get a sequel and get to actually be the other side of the bars. Or maybe we'll get a different game in the same universe. Who knows! I'm really invested in the lore now! :D

I think more races for characters would be pretty neat. There are few obvious candidates, like Rabbits, which are fairly popular, and my particular favorites. Other then races, I think a few more customization changes would be cool too, for example more head shapes for felines in order to look more like lions.
you can go on the Me menu then go to Encounters and then Restrictions to disable actions that NPC's can do to you, there you can disable all options related to breastfeeding content, I'm not sure if you can stop character from lactating at all, at least that wat they won't try to do anything related to lactation content.

EDIT: Suggestion, in the medical bay they should add the possibility of fighting/having sex with Eliza and apart from the experiments part also the possibility of the tentacles getting you pregnant or infecting you with a virus or something like that.
The med bay tentacles look like a living thing, not a material.
On the other hand, the virus can give you extra strength, health and stamina for a while in exchange for increasing lust to 50% and modifying the character's appearance a little.
if you are not getting pregnant maybe its beacuse you turned on the "infertility" during gamestart which stops you from getting pregnant? its rare for npcs to get pregnant, i gave birth to 13 offspring until an npc gave birth. if you are fertile, try using a breeding pill if you want to get pregnant
its a good game but there isn't much content i was able to 100 percent the game in less than 2 hours without cheating. still good game tho and will play again when it receives an update. Glitch found learning a skill and pressing disable in the skills menu doesn't actually disable it.

you only lactate for a certain period of time after giving birth, then you stop lactating which reduces the amount to -5ml/h as a default. go talk to the doctor about more milk. she will give you an injection which will make you lactate again for some time. repeat if you want to keep lactating
Can this game have some new scenes, such as rooms that are blocked and unknown, or rooms filled with tentacle seedbeds, or I don't know, but this can give me a bigger place to explore XD
